1Slice the chinese cabbage, cod fillets and tofu as appropriate, and cut the ends of the stems of the enoki and shiitake mushrooms. Slice the leek diagonally and cut the carrots into thin slices.

2Pour dashi (soup stock) and soy sauce into a cooking pot and place the ingredients from 1 inside along with shrimp and Steamed Squid Dumplings.

3Place the lid over the pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 7-10 minutes, then serve.
