1Cut the chinese cabbage, chicken, onions and green beans into bite-sized pieces, and cut off the end of the stems of the shimeji mushrooms. Cut the leek diagonally and cut the carrot into thin slices.

2Heat the chicken broth and add curry roux (or curry spice mix) then add the Steamed Squid Dumplings and the ingredients from step 1.

3Place the lid over the pot, bring to a boil and simmer for 7-10 minutes, then serve.
