1Mix beaten egg with Dashi and strain.

2Place defrosted Steamed Squid Dumplings into cup and carefully pour in 1 until 80% full.

3Cover cup and place inside pre-heated steamer. Steam for 10-15 minutes on low heat. Garnish with Japanese wild parsley and serve.
